For quicker response times we offer a Remote Support service to both home and business customers who have internet access.

Prices include GST

• $44 for 15 minutes
• $66 for 30 minutes
• $110.00/hour > 30 minutes

For non account customers, EFTPOS facilities are available.

To arrange remote support appointment simply call 08 8583 7128 and advise the following.

1. A description of problem or work required
2. A convenient phone number to be called back on
3. Teamviewer ID – (run the downloaded file to obtain this)
4. Your credit card details – Card holder’s name, card number, expiry date and CCV #)

At the scheduled time your support technician will ring and request that you run the downloaded file.
